The Minnesota Wind Chill are excited to announce Evan Klane Nothmann as Assistant Coach for the 2019 AUDL season.
“I’m looking forward to getting involved in the pro league, and bringing my experience as both a player and a coach to the Wind Chill,” said Nothmann. “In addition to making the Wind Chill a more competitive team, I’m motivated to find ways our organization can build community and create opportunities for partnership with the women’s ultimate community in Minnesota.”
Nothmann has been played competitive ultimate for 12 years and coached for the past three years. Nothmann got his start playing ultimate at Hopkins High School during his junior year. After graduating high school in 2005, Nothmann played for Northwestern University and the University of Wisconsin-Madison for college, where he won two college national titles with the Wisconsin Hodags. “We have our work cut out for us this season if we want to earn a Midwest Championship, and I’m looking forward to working with Ben on finding that winning formula.”
