The Gameday Operations Support role is a paid position and requires attendance at all 6-7 home games throughout the season (5-6 hours per game).
- Arrive 2.5 hours early to assist in event setup for each of the 6-7 Wind Chill home games. Possible support tasks include arranging stadium signage, setting up tables and tents, and preparing merchandise for sale
- Answer fan questions throughout the games, displaying professionalism and positively representing the Wind Chill organization
- Help run tickets/front gate, merchandise stand, and/or in-game entertainment throughout the duration of each game
- Assist with event tear down and clean-up immediately following games
