Axel was born in Mexico City before moving to Venezuela and eventually Cincinnati, Ohio. He graduated from The Ohio State University in May of 2022 where he was captain and treasurer for the club ultimate team (Ohio State Leadbelly). Axel has been selected to be a part of the USA U-24 Mixed team that will compete in the United Kingdom this summer. He currently lives in Columbus, Ohio where he works as a Financial Planner and is continuing to play Ultimate in the Mixed division around the Great Lakes Region.
