Over the past six seasons the AUDL has demonstrated consistent audience growth in terms of social media, video minutes viewed and game attendance. The league has consolidated its online presence, signed a broadcast deal with Stadium Sports and hosted very successful and well attended Championship Weekend events. Our latest broadcast partnerships are expanding this audience even further.

“The league and its teams have worked very hard to create an exciting and engaging product enjoyed by many in the ultimate community and beyond” said Steve Gordon, league co-founder, CEO and Commissioner. “But we all recognize that we need to invest more money to tell our story to a broader audience of new fans and sponsors who will appreciate the excitement of our games, the engaging content we create and want to associate with values that the AUDL upholds”

The AUDL intends to increase its investments in marketing, ticket sales and sponsorship procurement as a result of a successful Small Open Public Offering.
