Indianapolis set to face Madison for second time

July 1, 2021

The Indianapolis AlleyCats are back at Grand Park this Saturday, July 3 at 7:00pm. They’ll take on the Madison Radicals in a rematch of their Week 3 game, where the Radicals bested the AlleyCats 24-20 in front of the Madison home crowd.

The first meeting of the season between the AlleyCats and Radicals was a back-and-forth battle; the teams matched score for score in every quarter except one. After a second-straight loss to the Chicago Union this past weekend, the AlleyCats sit in fourth place in the Central Division with a 2-3 record.

The biggest news of the week heading into Saturday’s game is the return of AUDL legend Cameron Brock to the AlleyCats lineup. Brock announced his retirement in the 2020 offseason following the most dominant goal-scoring career the league has seen; with 504 goals in 120 career games, he’s scored over 200 more goals than any player in league history. This week the team announced he will come out of retirement starting with this week’s game against Madison, looking to spark the reigning division champions to a second-consecutive playoff berth.

Tickets are available on the teams official store page.
