The American Ultimate Disc League (AUDL) has announced that the Austin Sol’s Jake Radack has been suspended for the first quarter of the 2023 playoff semifinal versus the New York Empire on Friday, August 25. The team’s captain will also begin the game with one unsportsmanlike conduct (UC) foul; two unsportsmanlike conduct penalties on one player will result in disqualification, and an immediate ejection from the game. The Sol will be making their first appearance at Championship Weekend in franchise history.

Radack made a dangerous and reckless play against the Atlanta Hustle in the South Division Championship on August 11. All plays deemed unbecoming to the sport of ultimate are automatically reviewed by the AUDL Disciplinary Committee.
